Samsung has teamed up with 3D Camera startup Mantis Vision to provide 3D Sensing Camera technology for the Galaxy S10 according to Korean news ourlet The Investor. Samsung has toyed with facial recognition in recent year, but the technology isn’t advanced enough for it to serve as a full (or reliably secure) replacement for the fingerprint scanner.
